As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and conduct patrols throughout a residential location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible to residents and visitors. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patrols, incidents, and security-related activities as required by site procedures.

Communicate professionally with residents, visitors, and staff to address concerns and provide assistance when appropriate.

Follow instructions and directives from Allied Universal management and site leadership, adapting to changing situations as necessary.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

You must be at least 21 years of age.

It is preferred that you are comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
