We have two recruiters who work to fill the summer intern class. This role will focus on tech & digital intern requests. You will be acting as a trusted advisor to the assigned business area, developing and executing effective, position-specific Talent Acquisition strategies to ensure open positions are filled with high quality talent in a timely fashion. The consultant acts as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition but also in functional market expertise, industry trends, job knowledge, organizational structure, and ongoing business strategy to support business needs. The Recruiter will create exceptional candidate experiences and be known and recognized for it.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Participate in full cycle recruiting process for corporate internship program ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience while collaborating with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals
• Drive early career recruiting programs and source top talent to build candidate pipelines
• Resolve and partner / complete appropriate recruiting sources such as employee referral programs, college recruiting programs, social networking, and targeted websites
• Establish and maintain relevant and effective relationships with hiring managers
• Maintain the integrity of data in the ATS you / we like clean data
• Use competitive intelligence and industry knowledge to research and identify new recruiting channels

Pay Details : $50.00 per hour
