Position Overview :

We’re seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to oversee day-to-day site operations for ground-up apartment and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing mid- to large-scale multifamily developments from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all field operations on active job sites, including scheduling, coordination, and supervision of subcontractors.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, compliant job site.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project schedules.
• Track progress, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively with project managers, owners, and architects.
• Ensure work meets quality expectations and complies with plans and building codes.
• Lead weekly job site meetings and maintain daily reporting.
