Job Description

Manage daily on-site construction activities for multifamily and commercial projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure timely completion. Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any deviations proactively. Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes and regulations. Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality construction standards. Resolve on-site issues efficiently to avoid delays or disruptions. Maintain clear and consistent communication with project managers and clients. Ensure proper documentation of project progress and milestones.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Superintendent - Multifamily and Commercial should have : a proven background in multifamily and commercial construction projects.
