Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in the EST or CST zones . As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business needs and developing solutions using Salesforce technology.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Develop and document business requirements and functional specifications
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions
• Provide training and support to end-users
• Work closely with developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration
