Mergers and Acquisitions Associate

Job description :

• Work on complex M&A and corporate finance transactions for private and institutional clients.
• Manage deal processes from due diligence to closing across private equity transactions and private target M&A.
• Draft, negotiate, and review equity and asset purchase agreements, as well as other ancillary deal documents.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts, junior associates, clients, investment bankers, and external advisors.
• Provide strategic legal counsel on structuring, compliance, and transactional risk mitigation.
• Handle multiple high-value projects with precision, attention to detail, and accountability.
