MSR Digital Representative
Join our dynamic and structured contact center operation as an MSR Digital Representative. Respond to inquiries and requests from members within a high volume, 24 / 7 schedule-driven environment. Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating active listening, adaptability to multiple systems, and engaging communication methods. Conduct transactions and offer guidance on savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts, while advising members on products and services that meet their needs.

Work Environment :
Our Contact Center operates 24 / 7 / 365, ensuring availability for our members anytime they need us. We emphasize work-life balance, allowing you to choose a shift that fits your lifestyle. Most shifts offer flexibility with start and end times within a one-hour window. Expect to handle back-to-back phone calls, with scheduled breaks to support your well-being. The position requires a hybrid / onsite presence, and scheduled events such as breaks and meals must be taken as planned. Your availability should cover 9.5 hours to accommodate start and end time variations.
Job Type & Location :
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
