Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to sales and consulting leadership, understanding business goals and learning needs
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple learning projects within defined timelines and budgets
Design and develop engaging learning solutions, applying adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience with a sales and / or consulting audience and understanding their business drivers
Extensive project management experience with a proven track record of managing large-scale learning initiatives
Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum Master, etc.) strongly preferred
High organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones
Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms
