Warehouse Maintenance / Custodian

Job Description : The Warehouse Maintenance / Custodian is responsible for keeping the premises, offices, and warehouse areas inside and outside clean and orderly. Responsibilities include maintaining and cleaning all floor surfaces, common areas, bathrooms, the kitchen, and office areas. They will also maintain and clean the parking area, entrance, and building windows. The role involves collecting and disposing of debris and trash from the warehouse, emptying trash cans, cleaning windows, and using the company's cleaning equipment and tools. The Warehouse Maintenance / Custodian will follow work schedules and notify management of deficiencies or necessary repairs. They will also maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and materials necessary to perform daily tasks.

Qualifications : Ability to perform general cleaning tasks using cleaning equipment and tools. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and job requirements.

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $16.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
