Role Description :

A minimum of 7 years of concurrent experience in project andprogram management including :

Experiencemanaging IT projects and programs.

Experiencein coaching multiple agile teams

Knowledge andexperience in Cloud Platforms like Azure / AWS / GCP

Proven experience as a scrum master KANBAN / SCRUMBANmethods.

Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremoniesincluding Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Reviews and SprintRetrospectives.

Foster an agile mindset andensure adherence to Scrum principles.

Collaborate closely with development teams product owners and otherstakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals andpriorities.

Apply deep knowledge of cloudtechnologies (e.g. Dev Ops AWS Azure GCP) to guide developmentteams.

Coach and mentor team members on agilemethodologies best practices and continuous improvement.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and driveinitiatives to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement and track metrics to measure team performanceand progress.

Communicate project status risksand issues to stakeholders and leadership.

Certifications : Must have at least 1 : AgileCSM or SAFe SM or PSMI
