We are seeking someone who is looking for a progressive opportunity to learn sales coordination / inventory management with JRE.

As a Sales Inventory Coordinator, your more typical responsibilities will include :

• Track daily equipment inventory moves in dealer operating system.
• Insure inventory information is correct in dealer operating system.
• Handle sales of Commercial Work Products
• Help with walk in and phone sales / passing off to a field rep as needed
• Quote rental rates to customers and salespeople
• Quote machine and attachment prices to customers and salespeople
• Inspect machines prior to leaving / upon arriving to the yard on rent, demo, etc
• Line up hauling for machines to and from jobsites and insure correct invoices of services
• Assist salespeople in finding equipment to suit their customer’s needs
• Work with other inventory coordinators to insure availability of machines
• Work with other inventory coordinators to move old / used inventory
• Insure rentals are billed out correctly
• Keep the equipment and attachments in stock organized and the yard clean.
• Negotiate with vendors and order attachments for equipment as needed
• “Receipt in” new and used equipment
