The Position
Assistant Chief Nursing Officer
Reporting to the Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) provides strategic and operational leadership for key areas of nursing and patient care services, including Acute Care, Critical Care, Telemetry, Maternal / Child Health, Emergency Services, and Nursing Administration.
Serving as a member of the senior leadership team, the ACNO collaborates with executive leaders, department directors, physicians, and staff to ensure the highest standards of clinical quality, safety, and patient experience. This role is responsible for advancing nursing practice, aligning operational performance with organizational strategy, and fostering an engaged, high-performing workforce.
The ACNO will be a visible, hands-on leader—one who models integrity, promotes accountability, and inspires confidence across all levels of the hospital.

Compensation
A competitive compensation package will be offered for the selected candidate, including $225K +- base salary plus incentive compensation, retirement, benefits, relocation / sign-on bonus.
