Materials Expediter

A skilled and motivated Materials Expediter professional is sought to assist government staff in the procurement, tracking, and distribution of Class VIII materials, including expendable, durable, and nonexpendable medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and equipment. This role supports various departments, satellite clinics, and other designated units within the assigned geographical area. The Materials Expediter plays a key role in ensuring that all materials are requested, delivered, and stored according to regulatory guidelines, while supporting military readiness and troop mobilization efforts.

Order Management & Support :

• Assist government staff in processing orders in DMLSS for Class VIII supplies, pharmaceuticals, and equipment, supporting departments, satellite clinics, and tenant units in the region.
• Assist in obtaining both standard and non-standard supplies for urgent requisitions, coordinating with government representatives for critical shortage items.
• Perform technical support duties, including requesting supplies and equipment, preparing necessary documents, providing customer assistance, and conducting data searches.
• Maintain all required forms (e.g., DA Form 1687, Property Book Orders, Financial Targets) and verify customer signature cards for controlled items.
