We're seeking a Customer Service Administrator (CSA) who will be the backbone of our service and install departments, ensuring our customers receive prompt, professional support and our internal teams stay on track. If you enjoy problem-solving, communication, and teamwork in a dynamic office setting, this may be the career for you.

Location : Largo, FL (in-office role with occasional remote evening / weekend monitoring on a rotation basis)

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM (with up to a 1-hour break), plus rotational evening / Saturday monitoring (remote). Closed Sundays and major holidays.

Pay : $22.00 to $25.00 an hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone and email with professionalism and empathy
  • Create, update, and maintain work orders in our system
  • Support dispatch by scheduling and coordinating technician assignments
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members to resolve issues promptly
  • Track warranties, parts orders, and returns with accuracy
  • Provide administrative support for projects, estimates, and invoicing preparation
  • Cross-train to support other office functions, including pricing, reviews, and estimate preparation
  • Help generate revenue by promoting accessory recommendations and maintenance programs
  • Monitor after-hours service requests on a rotational basis (remote)
  • Keep operations organized, efficient, and aligned with our culture of excellence
  • What We're Looking For :

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (phone / email preferred)
  • 2+ years in a professional office setting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume communication with professionalism
  • Fast and accurate typing (65+ WPM)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Positive, solution-driven attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred but not required :

  • Knowledge of beverage equipment industry service and sales
  • Experience in similar trades such as hvac, plumbing, electrical, or construction
  • Experience in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with work order or estimating software
  • Sales support or conflict resolution training
