Somebody who is passionate about AV, whether you are the go-to expert in your home, school, or church, and can always find a solution to any AV problem. What are your responsibilities?

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience with the following :

• Support AV System Configuration Standards

Collaborate with the client's System Engineering team to establish and maintain configuration standards for AV systems.

Create scalable and reliable strategies to support a robust and flexible AV collaboration environment across the enterprise.

Perform on-site alignments and adjustments to ensure systems operate at peak performance.

Provide detailed documentation on preventive maintenance cycles, equipment status, issues, and support activities.

Contribute to the development and execution of AV collaboration solutions tailored to client needs.

Partner with clients to review designs and implementation plans for proposed AV projects.

Assist in collecting end-user requirements and performing site assessments to inform AV system planning.

Investigate new technologies to enhance AV capabilities and support innovation at the client site.
