Proven track record in managing and leading vendor relationships, preferably in the data center, construction, or infrastructure industry. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities, translating strategies into actionable plans. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, effectively engaging with C-level executives and vendors. Proficiency in performance management, including KPI development and vendor evaluation. Knowledge of low-voltage systems, data center operations, and construction processes is highly desirable. Experience in process improvement, change management, and operational excellence initiatives. A Bachelors degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
