Are you an organized, people-focused HR professional ready to make a big impact in a fast-growing company? As our Human Resources Generalist , you’ll be a member of a growing team supporting all things HR—from recruitment and onboarding to compliance, employee engagement and training.

This hands-on role is central to maintaining a thriving, people-first culture while ensuring our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll partner closely with our HR Manager and department leaders to keep our growing teams supported and inspired.

What You'll Do

• Support and maintain all HR administrative functions
• Manage accurate and compliant employee records and reporting
• Assist with recruitment, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
• Champion employee engagement through recognition programs and events
• Coordinate compliance, safety, and training initiatives
• Provide backup payroll support and maintain HRMS systems
• Be a trusted, approachable HR resource for employees and managers
