We are looking for a Forklift Operator to support our team at our corporate location in Cincinnati, Ohio

Job Summary :

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely, efficiently, and accurately preparing, processing, and moving orders in line with established production goals and company standards. In addition, team members will be cross-trained across multiple departments to provide flexibility and support broader business and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Safely operate Drexel forklifts, standard sit-down forklifts, and maneuver through tight spaces
• Load and unload trucks; pick, pack, and prepare daily orders for shipment
• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming products into storage racks
• Pick and stage outbound orders for shipment
• Perform general warehouse support, including pallet building, wrapping, sorting, and transporting materials
• Visually inspect products for quality and set aside items requiring rework
• Label, package, and prepare outbound shipments
• Report discrepancies or issues to supervisor

Qualifications :

Proficient in operating Drexel and standard sit-down forklifts (reach truck experience preferred)

Strong attention to detail with basic math and reading / writing skills in English

Experience operating a Drexel forklift

5+ years of material handling experience

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to lift up to 49 lbs. and perform continuous physical activity (standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching)

Comfortable using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and related equipment
