You'll guide a dedicated care team across both medical and surgical units, where RNs work 12-hour shifts and ancillary staff 8s. What You'll Bring

• RN with active state license (BSN required; MSN or CNL preferred or in progress)
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in acute care, med-surg, or surgical nursing
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proven success fostering shared decision-making and accountability
• Epic proficiency a plus
