Job description A hospice agency is seeking a Director of Nursing!

Candidate will manage nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

Duties of Director of Nursing Lead and manage the nursing department, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to standards of care.

Conduct regular documentation reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.

Oversee the training and professional development of nursing staff to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as acute care, hospice care, and home care.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans and improve overall patient outcomes.

Requirements of Director of Nursing :
