Salary : $120k+ / yr based on experience LaSante Health Center is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead and oversee its nursing department. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise and proven leadership experience in managing nursing teams, preferably within a community health or primary care setting. They will ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting the professional growth and development of nursing staff.

Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing staff and clinical support teams
• Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and quality initiatives
• Maintain nursing supplies, inventory and vaccines inventory
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and administrators to optimize patient care and workflow efficiency
• Support recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff
• Complete additional tasks as directed by Assistant Medical Director / Medical Director and COO
