Job descriptionAbility to collect data, perform focused assessments, document accurately, and communicate finding to the RN Explaining procedures and treatment protocols to clients, family members, CNAs an caregivers Technology savvy and connected (daily) Understands and follows the Oregon Nurse Practice Act Management of incident reports and initial monitoring visits Administer medications and / or verify clients are medicating correctly Verify that client charts are updated promptly and accurately Monitoring client's overall health during every visit Changing bandages, wound dressings, and catheters On-call rotation for clients who have healthcare emergencies Willing ness to travel in company

Qualifications :
- Current and unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Oregon
