Soldering Technician

Accentuate Staffing is assisting an electronics manufacturer in the Raleigh area who is hiring a Soldering Technician to join their team. This is a contract-hire opportunity working Monday-Thursday 6am-4 : 30pm.

Responsibilities :

• Perform soldering and assembly of small components and electrical subassemblies.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and job sheets to build assemblies accurately.
• Assemble and wire components such as solenoids, relays, and drive units following production specifications.
• Set up and operate basic production tools and equipment including presses, crimpers, and hand tools.
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist in training new team members and perform other duties as assigned.
