Job Summary
We are seeking a Full-Time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in our Slidell office. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. In this role, you will communicate with our customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly and computer savvy.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound / outbound calls and emailsIdentify the customers' needs, collect relevant information, and provide solutionsUse best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationshipsDocument all interactionsAttend training to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledgeQualifications
High school diploma / GEDPrevious experience in Administrative roles or Customer ServiceComfortable using computers and customer management softwareExcellent phone and verbal communication skillsMust be able to type accurately and efficientlyUnderstanding of active listening techniquesHighly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectivelyBenefits / Perks
