Job Description

The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for :

• Assist the Superintendent in managing day-to-day onsite operations for ground-up multifamily developments.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
• Conduct daily jobsite walks to monitor quality control, safety compliance, and overall progress.
• Communicate effectively with Project Management, design teams, ownership, and subcontractors to resolve field issues as they arise.
• Maintain and update daily logs, reports, and site documentation using Procore or similar project management tools.
• Assist with managing inspections, punch lists, and project closeout processes.
• Enforce company and project safety programs to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Support schedule development and updates in collaboration with the Superintendent and Project Manager
