Interior Designer - Evansville, IN

We're looking to add an experienced Interior Designer to the team in our Evansville, IN, office. We are looking for someone excited about the possibilities ahead as we grow. Hafer's team of architects, engineers, planners and interior designers thrives on working together to create holistic designs for our workplace, education, community and healthcare clients.

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position are :

• Strong knowledge and skill in conceptualization, schematic design, and design development
• Experience with preparing probable cost summaries for interiors work
• Researching, selecting, and specifying materials and finishes
• Developing design documents and renderings using Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
• Preparing and assembling furniture bid packages
• Collaborating with team members and consultants to deliver projects
• Presenting design concepts and material selections to clients
• Participating in client meetings and maintaining ongoing relationships
• Contributing to sustainable design initiatives if applicable
