Director of Maintenance Responsibilities :

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department, including scheduling and supervising maintenance staff

Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs, ensuring a safe and clean environment

Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repair and maintenance services

Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair projects, ensuring effective allocation of resources

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities

Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Director of Maintenance Requirements :

Experience in maintenance management, with a focus on healthcare or senior living facilities

Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry

Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
