Responsibilities : These resources will support the ITS nondedicated team CTO employees by installing, recovering, troubleshooting, updating, surplusing and refreshing computer equipment. including desktops, laptops, docking station, phones, iPad & apple devices, onboarding and offboarding employees.

Required :

• 36 Months experience with Windows, MacOS, IPadOS, Omnisssa Horizon
• 24 Months Customer service experience
• 24 Months Hardware experience (Desktops, Laptops, iPad, iPhone, Thin Clients, Printers, scanners)
• 12 Months Asset management experience
• 12 months ITSM experience
