SUMMARY : Operate the filler for start-up, shut-down, CIP, sterilizing and pasteurizing. Fill containers with product that meets specifications, then enclose containers and properly cool product. Monitor the process to obtain a high quality product that meets customer and process specifications.

• Perform changeovers by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
• Clean, Sanitize and CIP the filler and work area :
• Operate / Observe Filler, Capper, Rinser and Cooler box
• Supply Raw Materials
• Observe the Process to Maintain Flow
• Monitor and Perform Quality Checks
• Record Downtime, Testing and Resources
• Maintain a Clean, Safe Work Area

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

WORK ENVIRONMENT :

Extreme heat, moving mechanical parts, wet and / or humid conditions, electrical shock, high precarious positions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, all weather conditions, vibrations, and loud noise.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

PAY INFORMATION :

Salary Range : $20.36-$25.65 / HR

This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Salary increases are determined by promotional opportunities. Tree Top provides a weekly payroll. This position is eligible for annual safety incentive.
