Overview

M3 Fabrication opened in March 2014 and has experienced rapid growth since. We are a contract manufacturing facility with 80+ full-time employees across two campuses. We specialize in tube and flat laser cutting, forming, production welding, design and powder coating. M3 currently has two campuses that are within a ¼ mile of each other. The east campus houses most of our fabrication equipment & technology. The west campus houses our weld shop, powder coating & final assembly. We are seeking a driven and experienced Quality Manager to lead our team & maintain our quality management system to support our continued growth. This is a key leadership role with full ownership of our ISO 9001 certification and internal quality processes.

You will receive hands-on training & assistance from our current Quality Manager through the end of 2025. After that, this candidate will take full responsibility for all quality-related functions at M3. The current quality manager has given advanced notice of their departure at the end of the year. This manager fully implemented our ISO QMS system and has a vast amount of knowledge around our operation that he is willing to pass onto & assist the new candidate for this role.

This candidate will carry full responsibility for the overall quality of this organization

The willingness & ability to effectively read & translate quality manuals into our everyday processes
