The Vice President, People Operations, will help our communities thrive as a strategic and operational leader supporting a high-performance culture across a growing network of primary care physician practices. Roles & Responsibilities :

HR Leadership

• Develop and execute a people operations strategy aligned with the organization's mission to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Build and develop a high performing team that fosters collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement to support growth and operational excellence.
• Develop scalable methodologies and tools to optimize and streamline core processes that make up the employment lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, timekeeping, payroll administration, compliance, compensation, and benefit administration.
• Build and develop a high performing team that fosters collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement to support growth and operational excellence. Mentor, coach, and develop team members by providing guidance and leadership in a learning environment to address the opportunities of a highly dynamic and fast-paced organization.
