Match Group is adding an exciting role to our People Team. As the Central Sr People Director, you will lead efforts that support our most important asset : our people. In this role, you will serve as the strategic HR partner to executive leadership across Central teams, including CFO,CLO, COO, CHRO, and CEO-level and serve as a champion of our culture, standards, and practices. This position reports up to the Chief People Officer.

How you’ll make an impact :

• You will serve as a thought partner to executive leadership across the central team.
• You will design and lead scalable programs around performance management, engagement, talent development, and succession planning in collaboration with the central team and business partners.
• You will drive change management strategies for major org shifts, restructures, or leadership transitions — ensuring clarity and continuity at every level while minimizing disruption.
• You will lead and mentor a small team of HRBPs while also being hands-on when needed.
• You will act as a thought partner to the Chief People Officer and cross-functional HR leaders on people priorities and initiatives.
• You will analyze engagement surveys and people data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities and proactively create action plans.
• You will navigate employee relations issues with fairness, discretion, and alignment to company values and legal guidance.
• You will partner closely with DEI, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition to ensure HR strategies are holistic and inclusive.
• You will facilitate leadership offsites, talent reviews, and organizational health assessments with clarity and direction.
• You will develop playbooks and toolkits that empower people managers to lead with confidence and consistency.
• You will collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure all HR practices align with evolving laws, regulations, and internal governance.
• You will collaborate effectively with other functional leaders to optimize cross-functional activities and support their objectives.
