Senior Manager, People
As part of the People team, the Senior Manager, People will lead key aspects of the Human Resources function, supporting the Technology / Engineering business and other areas as assigned. This role will partner closely with business unit leaders across the organization to develop and execute people and talent strategies that align with team needs and broader business goals. You'll serve as a trusted partner to associates, providing guidance on change management, professional development, compliance, and associate relations. You'll also maintain a strong connection with associates across roles, keeping a pulse on potential challenges, team dynamics, and morale. This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Dallas office, requiring presence five days a week.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
