Central Sr. People Director

Match Group is adding an exciting role to our People Team. As the Central Sr People Director, you will lead efforts that support our most important asset : our people. In this role, you will serve as the strategic HR partner to executive leadership across Central teams, including CFO, CLO, COO, CHRO, and CEO-level, and serve as a champion of our culture, standards, and practices. How you’ll make an impact :

• You will serve as a thought partner to executive leadership across the central team.
• You will design and lead scalable programs around performance management, engagement, talent development, and succession planning in collaboration with the central team and business partners.
• You will drive change management strategies for major org shifts, restructures, or leadership transitions — ensuring clarity and continuity at every level while minimizing disruption.
• You will lead and mentor a small team of HRBPs while also being hands-on when needed.
• You will act as a thought partner to the Chief People Officer and cross-functional HR leaders on people priorities and initiatives.
• You will analyze engagement surveys and people data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities and proactively create action plans.
• You will navigate employee relations issues with fairness, discretion, and alignment to company values and legal guidance.
• You will partner closely with DEI, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition to ensure HR strategies are holistic and inclusive.
• You will facilitate leadership offsites, talent reviews, and organizational health assessments with clarity and direction.
• You will develop playbooks and toolkits that empower people managers to lead with confidence and consistency.
• You will collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure all HR practices align with evolving laws, regulations, and internal governance.
• You will collaborate effectively with other functional leaders to optimize cross-functional activities and support their objectives.
