You will also lead the success of key People programs including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and culture—helping to create an environment where people can thrive.

This role is hybrid (in office Tuesday–Thursday) out of our Dallas, TX office.

How You’ll Make an Impact :

• Serve as a critical hands-on member of our People team, helping develop and implement programs such as onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and culture.
• Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs ) —including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Learning & Development—to deliver seamless people programs.
• Foster a diverse workplace where employees contribute to their fullest potential; identify opportunities to improve leadership capabilities and increase engagement, productivity, and retention.
• Provide day-to-day mentorship and coaching to develop leaders and employees at all levels, maintaining a high bar for leadership principles, workplace behavior, and what we value.
• Support leaders with employee engagement, employee relations, conflict resolution, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Drive change management efforts, ensuring employee and stakeholder impact are at the forefront of decisions and that changes are executed in alignment with company principles.
• Provide insight into the annual performance management and compensation review process within assigned business units.
• Own our internal HRIS systems for onboarding, offboarding, and human capital management.(Tech Partner Focus) For PBPs aligned to Tech : partner directly with U.S. Tech teams to support organizational growth and team effectiveness.

Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Dallas, TX. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
