What You’ll Be Doing…
As a key member of our operations and logistics team, you will :
Monitor inventory levels and manage the receipt, storage, and fulfillment of goodsOversee logistics operations including truck loading / unloading and delivery schedulingPrepare and process shipping and inventory documentation accuratelyEnhance product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that optimize production, distribution, and inventory managementDevelop and refine procedures to enhance inventory and distribution efficiency to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.Serve as the primary contact for shipping operations and ensure backup coverageIdentify and resolve warehouse bottlenecks to improve operational efficiencyPromote collaboration across departments to support business goalsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives, including 6s practicesLead by example in maintaining a safe and compliant work environmentAdapt to changing priorities to meet internal and external customer needsOperate forklifts and material handling equipment safelyTroubleshoot and resolve operational issues logically and efficientlyPerform other duties as assignedSupport and uphold Fenner Precision Polymers’ core values and behaviorsWhat We’re Looking For…
We’re seeking a proactive, safety-focused logistics professional who :
Has a High School Degree or GED and 5 years of related experience managing inventory, logistics, and warehouse operationsDemonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical skillsCommunicates effectively and fosters teamwork across departmentsEmbraces change and adapts quickly in a dynamic environmentIs committed to continuous improvement and operational excellenceUnderstands or is eager to learn ISO, LEAN, and 6S principlesLeads by example in promoting a culture of safety and accountabilityIs comfortable operating forklifts and other warehouse equipmentReady to Take the Next Step in Your Career?
