Job descriptionPosition is primarily responsible for leading all design delivery activities for capital projects, including identifying applicable engineering standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Position will also be responsible for coordinating all design phases, directing development of design requirements, managing design schedules, supporting value engineering efforts, and ensuring the design meets approved intent across all stakeholders. Position will be in charge of overseeing A / E firm coordination, facilitating design decisions, managing verification planning and discrepancy tracking, and driving improvements in efficiency, governance, and design execution. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related area is required! Degree specifically in Chemical or Mechanical is preferred! 5+ years of manufacturing and / or engineering experience within pharmaceutical or API environments is required! Experience owning the design phase for capital projects is required! Experience coordinating A / E activities and ensuring adherence to engineering standards is required! Pharmaceutical design or process / project engineering experience is preferred! Strong project management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder influence skills are preferred!

Shift Information :
- Monday-Friday, with 40 hours / week !
- This role offers the first 6 months to be Fully Remote, followed by the other initial 6 months to be Onsite.
- Pay range starts at $70+ / hr!
- 12-Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099 / C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.
