The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is seeking an Ops Grant Specialist A. This is a full-time other personal services (OPS) position within the Division of Marketing and Development.

Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or four (4) years of accounting, fiscal or program monitoring experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience which equals four (4) years. Requires possession of a valid Class E Driver License.

Job duties include conducting programmatic and financial operations, reviewing contract invoices and reports for compliance, communicating with various stakeholders, tracking multiple funding years, preparing correspondence and reports, and traveling as required to monitor grant awards.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and / or Adobe Acrobat is required.
