Ops Clerical Assistant

Tallahassee State College (TSC), recently recognized as one of the Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges for 2025, is excited to announce a part-time opportunity for the position of Ops Clerical Assistant with Workforce Development.

We are seeking a dedicated professional who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant workplace community.

What You'll Do :

• Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to the correct staff, and take messages when needed.
• Help with mail distribution by sorting incoming mail.
• Assist department staff with routine office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing documents, organizing supplies, and updating bulletin boards.
• Assist with data entry, preparing materials for classes or meetings, and maintaining organized workspaces.
• Assist with event preparation for special events and trainings.
