Your role in our mission
Essential Job Functions
Collaborates with strategic development executives and business unit personnel in conducting due diligence activities related to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures;
Prepares pro-forma financial statements and compares metrics to industry standards; Utilizes financial modeling to complete valuation analyses and makes recommendations based on findings.
Prepares and presents of findings to senior management.
Monitors and maintains an updated perspective on related industries and offerings, as well as companies, technologies and new markets of interest to senior leaders.
Evaluates and addresses key areas in the marketplace and their potential impact on strategic plans.
Analyzes internal competitive performance data and identifies opportunities for revenue growth, with recommendations on execution.
Provides analytical support and input regarding development of financial strategies that support vertical and / or offerings business strategies and the needs of shareholders.
- Supports project teams in applying strategic planning framework for their business.
- Collaborates with others across the organization to build assessment capability of vertical and / or offerings' performance and business health so appropriate actions can be taken across the organization.
Provides ad-hoc analysis and input on key issues that impact the organization.
What we're looking for
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field preferred
- Four or more years of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, financial analysis or analytical role
- Experience working with global organization of size, scope and complexity
- Experience working with technology and / or services intensive business
- Experience working with industry services and offerings as well as emerging markets
Other Qualifications
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to frame analysie, identify insights from complex data and synthesize how those insights might impact business strategy
- Strong problem solving skills to identify, structure, analyze and develop actionable recommendation
- Strong communication skills to deliver clearly complex information, issues and recommendations
- Strong interpersonal and influence skills to cultivate relationships and interact across all levels within and outside of the corporation
- Ability to work effectively in teams, across geographies; communicate ideas clearly and confidently, articulate issues and recommend solutions
- Ability to formulate insights around complex business problems
- Analytical orientation with ability to develop and use metrics to make business case, align strategy for entity supported with corporate goals and assess and justify the performance of plans and programs

The pay range for this position is $151,600.00 - $189,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
