Job Title : Die Setter ( Tools Specialist )

Location : North Vernon, IN, 47265

Duration : 06 Months

Shift Details : On-Site

Job Description :

Must be shift flexible, including weekends as required Powder metal experience is mandatory for this role

• Analytical skills
• Powder metal compacting (5+ years preferred)
• Manufacturing experience in Metal Forging is preferred
• Hands-on experience with mechanical / hydraulic presses (Cincinnati 550) for powdered metal compacting
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
• Knowledge of forging presses, die setup, material flow, and robot knowledge
• Familiarity with the metallurgical properties of ferrous / non-ferrous powders and forgings,
• Blueprint reading and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
• Quality inspection tools : micrometers, hardness testers, CMM
