Job description
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and production guidelines
  • Assist with daily food production for lunch
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures
  • Perform prep work, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
  • Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen team members
  • Assist with catering events and special functions as needed
  • Complete cleaning tasks, production records, and closing duties

Schedule

  • Monday- Friday
  • 6:30 AM- 3 PM

Pay Type:

$18.00 - $20.00 Hourly

Time Commitment:

Full Time

What you'll do:

  • Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes, safety, and allergen policies that exceed our guests’ expectations.
  • Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.
  • Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
  • Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).

What you'll need:

  • Experience with cooking in a commercial kitchen.
  • Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English.
  • Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner.
