As an Airport Law Enforcement Officer - Armed Patrol in Honolulu, HI , you’ll serve on the front line of aviation security—ensuring public safety, safeguarding airport facilities, and upholding the spirit of aloha through professional service. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to support a positive atmosphere. This position requires you to be armed and to operate a vehicle as part of your responsibilities. You will also provide exceptional customer service and communication, reflecting our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people‑first approach.
Position Type : Part Time - Morning
Pay Rate : $28.86 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $3.58. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

Qualifications
Each LEO will possess the following minimum qualifications (NO EXCEPTIONS) :
2+ years of professional law enforcement experience in the U.S. after graduating from a certified law enforcement academy (Federal, State, or County level)Pre‑Employment Requirements
Graduate of Law Enforcement or Military Police Training Program or Equivalent (must provide credentials upon applying)Valid Driver’s LicenseLaw Enforcement Officer License22+ years of ageBasic Qualifications
The basic qualifications listed below are representative of the relevant knowledge, skills, and / or experience required in order to be hired. These are requirements that we have determined are the minimum a candidate must have in order to be successful in this role.

Must be able to supervise Contractor’s personnel and work effectively with airport management, tenants, other law enforcement agencies and the public on matters related to security disputes, complaints on performance, conduct, or behavior of subordinate employees.Other related attributes that would enhance hiring consideration
Shall have no record of moral turpitude, domestic violence, untruthfulness, or mental or emotional disorders which may interfere with performance of duties.Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and surrounding perimeter to observe activity and help deter unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior.Monitor access points and identify any security-related concerns, reporting them promptly to Allied Universal management and / or local authorities as required.Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities according to established protocols.Maintain a visible presence to help deter potential disruptions and provide assistance to visitors and staff as needed.Communicate clearly with other team members and stakeholders to support a collaborative environment focused on security-related priorities at the location.Physical Requirements and Environment
Mentally and emotionally capable of performing all duties required for their assigned Post / duties.In good physical health and fully capable of performing normal or emergency duties requiring moderate to arduous physical exertion such as standing, walking, patrolling for an entire shift, climbing stairs, running, and self-defense.Ability to perform essential physical tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation, including :Lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 25 lbs. (e.g., fire extinguisher) for a designated distance.Assisting in the safe evacuation of individuals, including carrying a small child or providing support to persons with limited mobility.Subject to a random drug screen.Must be able to exercise physical force, if required, in the execution of official duties.Be able to successfully pass a security background check conducted by the DOTA pass and ID office.Well‑groomed and neat in appearance as officially commissioned representatives of the State.Pass and complete a one‑time physical examination within the past 6 months.Pass a 12‑panel drug test and pass all future random drug testing.Correctable vision to 20 / 30 each eye with normal color vision.Able to hear at a normal conversational level; a hearing aid may be used.Why Join Us
