Position Overview
Under the guidance of a supervising manager, this role is responsible for driving sales of our client’s service offerings to building owners, primarily at the Director level. You will champion our client’s value proposition by delivering technical solutions and operational expertise that align with customer needs. The role focuses on cultivating long-term partnerships with target and managed accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and positioning renewable service agreements as the cornerstone of these relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with building owners and decision-makers to promote service offerings.
- Execute a strategic sales process to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities, with a focus on monthly sales targets.
- Expand the scope of services within existing accounts to maximize value and impact.
- Sell, renew, and grow multi-year renewable service agreements with both new and existing clients.
- Lead conversations that focus on improving building performance to help owners achieve their business goals.
- Actively manage ongoing sales opportunities, particularly in services and retrofit solutions.
- Engage in consultative selling by listening, probing, and understanding client concerns and business language.
