As Member Service Representative at our new Seymour branch, you'll use your active listening skills, "find a way" attitude, and financial expertise to become a trusted partner to our member-owners. Strong branch traffic enables you to build relationships face-to-face with members, and engage in deep conversation to uncover their financial needs. Exceptional consumer deposit and loan solutions enable you to make a difference for those members, every day. As our Member Service Representative, you will :

• Champion member relationships. Meet with members to understand their financial goals, and match them with the right products and services that support their long-term success.
• Empower financial well-being. Open and support accountschecking, savings, IRAs, and morewhile providing lending solutions tailored to member needs.
• Engage in the community. Represent CFCU locally and build lasting connections that demonstrate the cooperative difference.
• Deliver hands-on service. From teller transactions to loans, step in where needed to ensure members always experience the highest level of care.

What we're looking for :

Branch Hours : Drive-up : MonFri 7 : 00 a.m.6 : 00 p.m. Lobby : MonWed 8 : 30 a.m.5 : 00 p.m.; ThuFri 8 : 30 a.m.6 : 00 p.m.; Sat 8 : 00 a.m.12 : 00 p.m. This position follows our branch hours, including a rotating Saturday schedule.
