Member Services Representative - Call Center

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships? We're looking for a Member Services Representative to be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, helping members with their financial needs in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Onsite | Full-Time | Appleton, WI | M-F 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM + Every Other Saturday 9 : 00 AM-12 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

• Answer 75-125 inbound calls daily with professionalism and care.
• Assist members with online / mobile banking, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, balances, fraud concerns, travel alerts, and more.
• Identify member needs and recommend services that add value.
• Navigate multiple systems (up to 4 programs / screens at once) efficiently.
• Track and review daily performance metrics and participate in call reviews.
• Aim for 30 direct member discussions per month and document interactions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Appleton, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
