Program Manager - Army Digital Modernization

We are seeking a highly experienced Agile Program Manager (PM) to lead a large-scale digital modernization project for the U.S. Army. The PM will serve as the primary point of contact for the Government Task Monitor (GTM) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), ensuring contract success and stakeholder alignment. This individual will oversee Agile software development teams, drive DevSecOps practices, and deliver secure, scalable, and innovative technology solutions in support of mission-critical objectives.
