Hiring : Electrical IP Litigation Associates
A top-ranked IP law firm is seeking mid-level associates (3rd–4th year preferred) with a strong technical background in electrical engineering, computer science, or physics (especially with semiconductor or telecom experience) to join its Intellectual Property Litigation team .
What You'll Do :
- Focus on IP litigation , especially PTAB proceedings (IPRs, XPRs).
- Collaborate on cutting-edge cases involving telecom (4G / 5G), semiconductors, and AI .
- Gain early deposition experience and work in a highly collaborative culture .
- Participate in a robust pro bono program with billable credit.
Ideal Candidate :
Locations : Open to candidates in Atlanta, Boston, Palo Alto, Reston (VA), or Washington, DC . Hybrid schedule : in-office Tuesday–Thursday (flexible).
