Key Responsibilities
Review customer information to ensure compliance with rental standards
Handle inbound and outbound calls, and communicate via chat to assist customers
Document customer concerns and provide resolutions as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in high-volume inbound call environments preferred
Minimum of 1 year of phone customer service experience
Technical proficiency with required hardware and software
Ability to multitask and assist multiple customers simultaneously
Availability to work weekends and holidays, with a minimum of 25 hours per week
