Dominion Management manages 850 row home in Baltimore City. We have a hard-working maintenance team that is dedicated to providing our tenants with superior service when it comes to their homes.
We are looking for a self-starter to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. This position will report directly to our Maintenance Manager.
Applicants must have an active driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities :
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in single family homes in Baltimore
- Communicate effectively in verbal and written format with Tenants, Management, and Vendors
- Regularly update work orders in AppFolio as work is completed
- Trouble shoot a diagnose property repairs
- Work to guarantee tenant satisfaction and company expectations
Required skillsets :
- General carpentry skills
- Plumbing - set toilets, changing faucets, installing plumbing trim, etc.
- Electrical - changing outlets, switches, installing fixtures, etc.
- Installing cabinets
- Hanging doors
- Laying flooring
- Drywall patching
- Painting
- Light demo
- Light Framing
- Punchout Items
- Light concrete and landscaping
